The Life of an RBT

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work with children diagnosed with autism with their therapy, socialization, communication, and more. You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills, track progress, and collaborate with the child’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst and caregivers—all while providing a supportive environment where children can thrive.

To start, you simply need a high school diploma. We provide all training and you’ll have your RBT certification within two months of starting.

All you need is a high school diploma and a desire to help change a child’s life! We provide all training and you’ll have your RBT certification within 2-6 weeks of starting.
